Return Policy

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can return them to us within 14 days after receiving them, provided they are in the original resale state.

There is no refund for customized engraved products, customized rings, any customized works. Items deemed damaged or defective must be borne by the customer, and the validity of all claims will be determined by originalgoldsmith. If the received order is defective or damaged, we will appropriately fulfill our obligations under applicable laws.

Within 14 days from receipt of the goods, returns may only be accepted for exchange or store credit. Unless you receive damaged, defective or wrong items. Please read and understand the full refund policy before continuing to order.

After the return, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund, which does not include the original postage and packaging costs. We cannot return or exchange items that appear to be worn, washed, or not in their original condition.

Items returned must comply with our return policy:

All returns must be unworn, unaltered, and must be in the original packaging and must be approved.
We do not bear the return shipping costs of items.
All items must be in an original condition that can be resold.
Please ensure that all returned items are packed correctly to avoid damage in the mail.
If you want to return the shoes, please make sure the box is protected by the outer packaging. The box is part of the product, so any damage may result in rejection of the return.
Please make sure that all returned packages are accompanied by traceable insurance services.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during transportation.

Once your return is received and accepted by us, we will inform you of the shipping cost for the delivery of the replacement item.
